Endurant Energy (Endurant), a leading distributed energy infrastructure developer, has announced a strategic restructuring of its core services.
Going forward, Endurant will concentrate its efforts on providing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to its customers. This heightened focus will streamline operations and enhance the efficiency of Endurant’s offerings in response to the evolving needs of the distributed energy market.
In line with this transition, Endurant announced a change in leadership whereby Dan McDevitt, who led the EPC/O&M business as COO since joining Endurant in 2018, has been appointed President of Endurant, and Tom Chadwick has stepped down from his position as CEO.
“Endurant has been an EPC provider of distributed energy solutions since 2006, and this strategic refocus allows us to further concentrate our capabilities and resources to deliver the highest value to our clients and stakeholders,” said Dan McDevitt, President of Endurant. “Endurant has been a pioneer in the delivery of distributed energy solutions built around geothermal, combined heat and power (CHP), fuel cell, solar, and storage technologies, and are confident this decision will position Endurant for sustained growth and maximum impact as we face the unique challenges of the evolving distributed energy landscape."
Additionally, the Endurant board will be joined by members of Craft Work Capital, who have a strong track record of growing portfolio companies in the specialty contracting sector and can contribute specialized expertise and resources to support growth initiatives.
This renewed emphasis underscores Endurant’s commitment to its mission of advancing the energy transition by delivering turnkey solutions, encompassing the entire project lifecycle to support optimal performance and longevity of sustainable distributed energy assets.
